中国的茶文化历史悠久,品种繁多,每一种都有其独特的功效。在炎热的天气里,女性们可以通过饮用花茶来实现养生的目标。
那么,女性喝什么茶最为适宜呢?
玫瑰花茶
饮用方法:将干燥的玫瑰花3-10粒放入盖杯中,用沸水冲泡后加盖闷约10分钟,可冷饮亦佳。可适量加入柠檬或蜂蜜调味。
功效:玫瑰性微温,含有丰富维生素,有助改善皮肤干枯、去除黑斑,是炎热季节理想之选。
禁忌:
体质较差者慎用,如常感疲倦,不宜服用。
便秘患者勿服,因为玫瑰具收敛止泻作用,易加重便秘症状。

桂圆红枣枸杞茶

禁忌:

蜂蜜红茶
饮法:空腹一早须饮一大杯蜂蜜水,从早餐至晚上9点间只喝红茶,无蜂蜜,每日510杯正餐正常吃,但需坚持长期享受这份减肥之福。
4.Guìhuā (桂花) Tea

* Restrictions:
