我再次感受到了这一年的春光，特别是种植茶叶的最佳时节。近期，我在亮沩农业的茶园里见证了茶农们紧张有序地进行优质茶苗补种工作。沩山乡在疫情期间，坚持稳生产、不误农时，为春耕生产和企业复工复产提供了保障。在指导企业和农户精细管理茶园基地、合理规划基地拓展和补种方面取得显著成效，全乡3万多亩的茶叶生产基地已经实施了春培管理。tea farmers’ enthusiasm is high, and their confidence is unshaken. The tea gardens are filled with vibrant vitality. So far, we have planted more than 20,000 new tea plants.
Before the outbreak of the epidemic, on February 19th, our village organized and guided local tea enterprises, tea farmers, order-holders and transfer representatives to establish the Yueshan Tea Industry Association. We adopted a development strategy of "small but refined," "differentiated," and "tea tourism integration" to lead the Yueshan tea industry towards a new journey. In March, we will enter the picking season. Currently, all six tea enterprises in our village and eight small-scale processing factories have cleaned up their processing sites for disinfection and maintained their machinery equipment in preparation for fresh leaf purchases during peak season.
To ensure that both disease prevention measures and spring farming operations can be carried out without interruption or conflict between them, our village committee government fully utilized the role of grassroots Party organizations and Party members as vanguard models to guide villagers to work orderly in shifts at different times from home or scattered locations away from crowds.
We also utilize online technology such as WeChat messages to strengthen agricultural technical guidance while enhancing field management capabilities by utilizing over 5 tons of seeds stored locally along with around 100 tons of fertilizers for various crops including vegetables which are growing well enough to meet our needs throughout spring planting period this year.
