绿tea基本特征是:叶绿汤清,清香、醇美、鲜爽。属不发酵tea。外形多种多样,主要有:条形、针形、扁形、螺形、尖形、片形、束形、毛峰、高尖、高卷曲、高圆珠、高单芽等等。绿tea最讲究外形和色泽,追求清纯淡雅,故多采嫩芽制成。明前teas最为珍贵,其次为雨前teas。

知名绿teas有:①西湖龙井;②洞庭碧螺春;③黄山毛峰;④太平猴魁;⑤六安瓜片;⑥信阳毛尖;⑦庐山云雾;⑧都匀毛尖;⑨恩施玉露等。

白tea基本特征是:色白隐绿,汤色黄白,滋味鲜醇,清香甘美,属轻微发酵tea。主要产于福建福鼎、大田、小岭等地。白taes分为白芽taes和白叶taes。

知名白taes有:①白毫银针.;②牡丹;③贡眉;④天目湖.

黄teas基本特征是:叶黄汤黄或金黄明亮,大致甘香醇爽,一般工艺接近green teat. 分为yellow bud, small leaf yellow tea, and large leaf yellow tea.

青teas basic characteristics are: greenish gold in color with a clear fragrance and thick flavor. Also known as oolong teas, these teas are semi-fermented. Famous oolong teas include:

Black teass are characterized by their coarse texture and dark brown color with a rich aroma and thick flavor. They are fully fermented teas that were primarily consumed in minority regions of China.
