点击上面蓝字关注我们,茶叶的六大类今天,我带你了解。中国茶类有多种划分方法,根据制作方法和茶多酚氧化(发酵)程度的不同,可分为六大类:绿茶(不发酵)、白茶(轻微发酵)、黄茶(轻发酵)、青茶(乌龙茶、半发酵)、黑茶(后发酵)、红tea全发酵)。各个特征及品类介绍如下:

绿 teas基本特征是:叶绿汤清,清香、醇美、鲜爽。属不发酵茶。外形多种多样,有:条形、针形、扁形、螺形、尖形、片形等等。讲究外形和色泽,追求清纯淡雅,所以多采嫩芽制成。

知名绿 tea有:西湖龙井(扁形, 杭州)、洞庭碧螺春(螺形, 苏州)、黄山毛峰(毛峰, 安徽)、太平猴魁(尖形, 安徽)等。

白 teas基本特征是:色白隐绿,汤色黄白,滋味鲜醇,清香甘美。属轻微发酿teas主要产于福建福鼎等地。

知名白 teahave: 白毫银针(产于福鼎政和县), 白牡丹(产于建阳政和松溪县)等。

黄 teashare basic features of leaf yellow soup yellow or golden bright, sweet and fragrant. Belong to the light fermentation tea.

Know well-known yellow teas have: 君山银针 (湖南), 北港毛尖 (湖南), 莫干黄芽 (浙江) etc.

青 teashare basic features of green gold, clear fragrance mellow. Because the appearance is green brown called as green tea also called oolong tea. Belong to half-fermented tea.

Know well-known oolong teas have: 武夷岩生大红袍 (闽北), 铁观音 (闽南), 凤凰水仙 - 凤凰单枞 (广东).

黑 teashare basic features of coarse black brown, old incense mellow thick. Belong to late or full fermentation tea. Known for supplying minority ethnic groups in border regions hence also known as frontier sales tea.

Know well-known black teas include: 天尖 - 贡尖 - 生尖 (Hunan), 老青砖tea(Hubei), 四川边作tea(Sichuan).

Red teashare basic characteristics are red color soup red flavor rich sweetness like guava juice some with pine smoke flavor belong to full fermentation tea divided into small species red-tea craft-tea-red crushed-tea-red brick-tea.
