Longjing (Dragon Well)

Longjing, also known as Dragon Well, is a green tea grown in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It has been renowned for its delicate taste and floral aroma since the Song Dynasty. The unique flat shape of the leaves after processing gives it an appearance that resembles a dragon's claw or well.
