我的兰苑：从一束初恋到满园芬芳
记得我第一次见到兰花，是在一个风和日丽的下午，我走进了附近的一家小花店。店内的气氛十分宁静，空气中弥漫着淡淡的清香，那是来自几盆盛开中的兰花。
那时，我还不知道这些美丽的植物叫做什么，但它们立刻就吸引了我的注意。我站在玻璃窗前，用手指轻触那些细长而又柔软的叶片，仿佛触摸到了生命本身。店主 noticing my fascination, came over to introduce me to the "lan" (兰) family. He told me that these flowers symbolize elegance and refinement in Chinese culture.
I bought a few bunches of them, took them home and planted them in my tiny balcony garden. At first, I was worried about their delicate nature but with proper care, they started to bloom beautifully. The fragrance wafting from those elegant flowers filled my small space with serenity.
As time passed by, I fell deeply in love with these enchanting plants. Each time a new bud emerged from the leafy greens, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and joy similar to when I was young again on Christmas morning.
My friends would often comment on how peaceful my place looked whenever they visited. They'd sit among the blooms for hours just enjoying the quiet beauty around us. My love for lan became contagious; soon enough they too were planting their own gardens at home or buying bouquets as gifts for loved ones.
Years went by and so did many seasons but one thing remained constant - my love for lan flowers never faded away like autumn leaves blowing away in the wind. It only grew stronger like an old tree standing tall against all odds.
Today when people ask me what it is that keeps me grounded despite life's chaos? My answer is simple: it's those beautiful little pieces of heaven called lan flowers – symbols of elegance & refinement that remind us every day how precious life truly is.
