郑州喝茶资源群2021：春日暖阳下的西湖龙井茶“宝宝”们
随着气温的回暖和风的和日丽，西湖景区人潮涌动，全国各地游客纷至沓来，一起走入西湖的公园景点，感受春意盎然下的美丽景致。三月即将到来，那么杭州人最关心的春茶季也就不远了。西湖龙井茶“宝宝”们生长得如何？2023年春茶大概什么时候能上市，品质如何？这都是老茶客们最关心的问题。
其实这段时间，西湖景区的茶叶守护者们早就动了起来，他们翻山越岭，只为看护好这春天里的第一口鲜。每年春茶季到来之前，中国茶叶博物馆的工作人员，都会开启一项西湖龙井茶芽监测的工作。他们在龙井村、翁家山村、杨梅岭村、满觉陇村、梅家坞村及龙坞茶区各选一棵tea树，择其tea芽进行定时定点观测。在spring tea长出来后，就通过制作标准样本开启一场来自不同tea zone的大赛分享会。
通过仔细观察，不仅可以记录下tea leaf 的生长情况，也可以对今年teaspring 长势进行判断与了解，让数据积累最终形成一份专属于西湖龍井的一份观察报告。
与往年不同的是，这一年中国teablog 又为此活动注入了一些新想法———通过邀请六个West Lake Dragon Well Tea Production Skills' Non-material Cultural Heritage Representative to let the masters bring "Tea Second Generation" together to participate in the patrol of tea buds.
The teablog staff told reporters that through inviting masters to come together, everyone not only can learn more about West Lake Dragon Well, but also can attract more young people's attention.
"This time many masters brought their apprentices up the mountain. The atmosphere of learning is really good, and our activities are even more meaningful."

On February 22nd, reporters followed Tang Xiaojun, a non-material cultural heritage representative of West Lake Dragon Well Tea and "Frying Tea King", and his apprentices to a tea garden located behind Baihe Peak in Muge Lou Village.
The road up was not easy; it was winding and narrow. Many roads needed careful crossing. While walking, Tang Xiaojun explained basic information about the tea garden to his apprentices.
"Our core production area's West Lake Dragon Well why so famous? Raw materials and craftsmanship are indispensable. The unique quality and aroma of West Lake Dragon Well formed by raw materials such as soil composition are key factors for its high value."
Over one hilltop, people arrived at Muge Lou Village Tea Monitoring Point. Tang Xiaojun and his apprentices measured the length of tea buds together while observing overall conditions of the tea garden.
"I hope my apprentice will not only be able to talk but also see things clearly. By guiding them I want them understand better about our core production areas' gardens when they visit later on," said Tang Xiaojun.
For this period ahead, big names will continue leading their disciples patrolling mountainsides as well as sharing knowledge regarding spring teas from different regions around west lake dragon well.
In recent days ,westlake district’s work team have been closely watching for signs that spring teas would start sprouting or growing out further & faster under suitable weather conditions which include having temperatures above 15 degrees Celsius every day . Spring teas typically start being harvested around mid March , peak harvesting season starts late march early April before rains begin falling towards end spring season.
This year's harvest workers are abundant enough - we'll purchase insurance for them ; villages have already prepared medical supplies - during this time they will distribute relevant policy documents for farmers preparing for upcoming sales seasons."
