《本草纲目》记载,花茶性微凉、味甘,能平肝明目、滋阴润燥、排毒养颜。这些花茶在冬天也同样适用,它们能够帮助我们缓解季节感受的压力和疲劳。

双花祛痘茶

材料:金银花6克,胎菊8朵。

冲泡方式:将金银花、胎菊洗净,用开水浸泡10分钟后饮用。

功效特点:清热解毒,祛痘。

调经解郁茶

材料:玫瑰花5朵,月季花5朵。

冲泡方式:将玫瑰花、月季花洗净,用开水浸泡10分钟后饮用。

功效特点:清热解毒,调经。

美容嫩肤茶

材料:玫瑰花5朵,大枣3颗,枸杞子10粒。

冲泡方式:将玫瑰花、大枣、枸杞子洗净,用80度开水冲泡即可。

功效特点:美容养颜。

靓肤三 花茶

材料:玫瑰 flower 5g, 三七 5g, 西红柿 2g.

磨碎后放入杯中,用温热的水冲泡代替日常饮用的温水,以达到活血通络和美容养颜的效果。避免孕妇食用。

杞菊明目茶

Materials: Panax notoginseng (3 g), Schisandra chinensis (Fructus) (15 g).

Method of preparation: Rinse the herbs thoroughly and place them in a tea infuser or directly into the cup with hot water for brewing.

滋阴养颜茶

Ingredients: Chrysanthemum flowers, Schisandra chinensis fruit, and licorice root.

Preparation method: Add these ingredients to a teapot or tea infuser and pour in hot water for brewing.

橘皮甘草茶

Materials: Orange peel 6 grams, Glycyrrhizae raw materials 30 grams.

Method of preparation: Wash the orange peel and glycyrrhizae raw materials thoroughly before adding them to your pot filled with boiled water for brewing.

橘皮大枣tea

Ingredients: Orange peel 6 grams, Jujube dates 30 grams.

Method of preparation: Peel the orange peel and jujube dates before placing them in your pot filled with boiled water for brewing.

砂仁tea

Materials:

Sand ginger root (Radix Aucklandiae) – about half an ounce,

Dried longan arils – about half an ounce,

Method of preparation:

1st step : Boil some water in a kettle or on stove top until it reaches boiling point,

2nd step : Grind sand ginger root into fine powder using mortar pestle,

3rd step : Measure out appropriate amount of dried longan arils according to personal taste preference,

4th step : Place ground sand ginger powder & dried longan arils into tea infuser or directly into cup,

5th step : Pour boiling hot water over all ingredients within cup/teapot while keeping lid closed on teapot/cup during steeping time as per desired strength & flavor preference is achieved after steeping period ends.
