人物名片:吴永鹏,一位年轻而又执着于岩茶事业的人。他是1982年出生的,旅游专业毕业,在旅业工作多年后,因对岩茶产生浓厚兴趣,他放弃了旅业,从姚月明这位武夷岩茶泰斗那里学习,并最终成为了新生代茶人的佼佼者。

在采访吴永鹏时,我们发现,这位岩霸创始人每天都保持高强度运动,比如早上的有氧和力量训练。他的身体状态令人印象深刻,他说:“干事业需要有强壮的体魄和饱满的精力。”

Wu Yongpeng, a young man who is passionate about rock tea. He was born in 1982 and graduated from the tourism major. After working in the travel industry for many years, he gave up his job to learn from Yao Yueying, a master of Wu Yi rock tea. He eventually became one of the most promising young tea people.

His representative work is "Three Days and Two Nights."

During our interview with Wu Yongpeng, we found that this founder of Rock Tea maintains high-intensity exercise every day, such as aerobic and strength training in the morning. His physical condition is impressive; he said: "To do business well needs strong physique and abundant energy."

Wu Yongpeng's journey began when he discovered his love for rock tea while working in the travel industry. He eventually decided to leave his job to dedicate himself to learning from Master Yao Yueying. With Master Yao's guidance, Wu Yongpeng developed his own style of making rock tea by 2014 and founded Rock Tea brand by 2018.

Rock Tea has two patents: one for low-temperature fermentation processing method for Wu Yi rock tea initial processing method; another for intelligent wilting tank technology and wilting method for making Wu Yi rock tea.

When asked about what makes good rock tea, Wu Yongpeng replied: "Good rock teas should have clear aroma, sweet taste four words." This requires that the leaves are pure fragrance without any impurities; they are sweet but not bitter or harsh.

High-quality Wuyi Rock Teas often carry with them an "rock rhyme" concept which means it reflects on how natural environment affects its unique flavor profile.

The name "Three Days and Two Nights" refers to all stages involved - selecting fresh leaves (60 hours) until it reaches your cup - just like three days two nights' journey! It captures both time spent on each stage as well as lingering memories after drinking it!
