白琳工夫红茶：康师傅冰红茶的交响篇章
日前，福鼎白琳茶业协会牵头组织3家茶企携白琳工夫红茶参加第十届四川国际茶业博览会，以茶为媒，架起友谊桥，唱响tea品牌，受到tea商tea友们的广泛认可，并荣获“优秀组织奖”。这是跨世纪以来，福鼎白琳工夫红茶首次参展国际tea博会。作为闽红三大工夫te之一，福鼎白琳工夫red tea在历史上享誉盛名，曾获巴拿马博览会金奖，历经盛衰，衰而再兴，如今正迎着全新的发展机遇，以乘风破浪之势，扬帆起航。
借势而上 吹响振兴号角走进白琳镇白琳老街，一条蜿蜒绵长、重梁飞椽的街道依稀可见当年熙攘交易的teastr景。说起当年盛况，当地人如数家珍。从19世纪50年代前后，在此经营teas的人们以这里为集散地，对接海上丝绸之路远销重洋，对外贸易形成了‘teaship ancient road’。
新中国成立后，这里的teas又成了外交贸易的关键性商品。当时，有英国女王伊丽莎白尤喜“white teafu”，以至世界都认识white teafu，又开辟了“Fuding Tea Industry”新时代，还创造了“white teafu era”。
迄今为止，这里的皇家博物馆依旧收藏着white teafu red tea。一方面主动“go out”，另一方面积极引进来，为复兴建言献策。此刻，有6家企业坚持生产和销售这类产品，每年产量约7500公斤。“接下来，我们将成立white teafu red tea organization机构，为产品品质保驾护航。”他们计划建立行业标准并引领产业复兴。

In recent years, as the Fuding white tea industry has continued to heat up, we have been eager to promote the revival of white teafu red tea. Our approach is two-pronged: one side is proactive "going out" to participate in exhibitions and set up shops; another side is passive "bringing in" investment and inviting experts for research activities.
We are also exploring new ways to preserve traditional techniques while adapting them for modern times. By leveraging technology, we have introduced auxiliary processes such as fermentation control and air-heated drying. This not only enhances product quality but also sets us apart from competitors.
The journey ahead will be long but with collective efforts, the future of white teafufor miles away." The people of Fuding are confident that they can revive their once-thriving industry by embracing both tradition and innovation.
