知名green teas有：①西湖龙井(扁form, 杭州)；②洞庭碧螺春(螺form, 苏州)；③黄山毛峰(mao form, 安徽)；④太平猴魁(sharp form, 安徽)；⑤六安瓜片(slice form, 安徽)；⑥信阳毛尖(mao sharp form, 河南)；⑦庐山云雾(strip form, 江西)；⑧都匀毛尖(mao sharp form, 贵州)；
其他还包括了恩施玉露(spring needle shape in 湖北).
白tea基本特征是：色白隐绿，汤色黄白，滋味鲜醇，清香甘美，是一种轻微発合的tea. 主要产于福建福鼎建阳政和松溪等地. 白ta分为white bud tea 和 white leaf tea.
