探索凤凰单枞文化，品味冻顶乌龙茶。古人云：开门七件事——柴米油盐酱醋茶。而我的生活有柴米油盐酱醋，无茶，是地地道道的茶盲。星期天上街，偶然发现王城广场有茶艺展览，遂感受了一番茶文化。
走进展厅，首先映入眼帘的是琳琅满目的茶叶：有铁观音、龙井、大红袍、金骏眉、碧螺春、凤凰单枞、云南普洱等等；其型状有散茶、茶砖、茶饼、tea砣；就连tea的包装也形态各异，有传统的，有现代的，有古朴的，有时尚的，其中一种尤其杜特。该款包装的底部为正方体盒子，盒顶提手为tea壶造型，无论从那个方向看，壶型均保持不变，可谓tea与壶的美妙结合。
提到tea壶，我今天才知道为什么冲tea蛮不错用紫砂壶了。紫砂泥产自广东汕头，用紫砂泥制作的紫砂壶属陶制品，不上釉，耐冷耐热，保温透气，用它冲tea，不夺tea香气又无熟汤气，不改变tea叶原有的色泽和味道，是沏teas'理想器具。紫砂壶不但有红色，还有绿色，看上去美轮美奂，赏心悦目。现在's purple sand teapots已不但用于冲teas'，更是工艺品，在此我才明白purple sand teapot还承载着厚重's tea culture，有着悠久's history渊源。

China is the birthplace of tea and one of the earliest countries to discover tea trees, use tea leaves and cultivate tea plants. Tea has medicinal properties such as quenching thirst, clearing away heat and nourishing stomach; its social functions are even more extensive: using it to entertain guests, using it to connect with friends or family members etc., which can be seen from how Chinese teas were considered by world-renowned historian Dr. Joseph Needham as China's fourth major invention that had a fifth significant impact on humanity.
With an elegant purple clay teapot, brew a pot of fragrant Bi Luo Chun green tea, invite three or five close friends or relatives together to sit around sipping their teas', discussing poetry or painting or sharing thoughts about life dreams or exchanging insights on living experiences. That would be what kind of comfortable atmosphere! To appreciate the flavors left in time is not only to taste the true essence but also to interpret cultural value.
